Workshop: breast cancer prevention and skincare

A meeting full of knowledge, inspiration and good energy!

Our warm thanks go to Małgorzata Semrau for a really interesting talk on breast cancer prevention, skincare and breast self-examination.
Special thanks also go to Ewa, an “Amazonka” (breast cancer survivor), who with courage
and openness shared her story - it was an important and moving lesson for all of us.

During the meeting Małgosia also ran a workshop on facial care and more, using Mary Kay cosmetics, showing step by step how to look after yourself every day.

To finish, our president Magdalena Gabryszak had the pleasure of presenting a membership card to a new member - Elwira, who has joined the PTTK Pałuki Branch in Żnin .

You are warmly invited to a free workshop on breast cancer prevention and skincare, which will take place on 13 November at 16:30 at the office of the PTTK Pałuki Branch in Żnin

The meeting will be led by Małgosia Semrau, and the special guest will be an Amazonka, who will share her experience and talk about her road back to health.

Over a cup of delicious coffee we will talk about how to look after yourself and your health.

We invite all ladies - and not only ladies! - to take part in this special meeting.
