Rules of the PTTK Żnin kayaking trip
Route: Pturek - Łabiszyn, 11.10.2025

1. Organisation

1. The trip is organised by the PTTK Pałuki Branch in Żnin.
2. The person responsible for organising the trip is Magdalena Gabryszak (tel. 695 829 965).

2. Conditions of participation

1. The trip is open to all adults and to minors accompanied by their parents or guardians.
2. To take part you must sign up and pay the entry fee of 60,00 zł (kayak, transport, personal accident insurance).
3. Participants must follow these rules and the instructions of the organiser and the trip leaders.

3. Safety

1. Every participant is given a buoyancy aid and must wear it at all times while on the water.
2. Alcohol and intoxicating substances are forbidden before and during the trip.
3. Every participant is responsible for the condition of the hired equipment. If any item is damaged or lost, the participant must cover the cost of repair or replacement.
4. Participants are expected to help one another and to observe fair play on the water.

4. Final provisions

1. The organiser accepts no responsibility for items lost during the trip.
2. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme or cancel the trip
in the event of bad weather or for other reasons beyond the organiser's control.
3. Signing up for the trip means that you accept these rules.
