Below we publish Resolution No. 174/XX/2025 of the PTTK Main Board of 6 September 2025, which sets the membership fee for 2026 as well as the joining fee
and the charge for PTTK membership cards

Resolution No. 174/XX/2025
of the PTTK Main Board
of 6 September 2025
on the PTTK membership fee for 2026, the PTTK joining fee
and the charge for PTTK membership cards in 2026

Pursuant to Art. 30 para. 2 item 3, Art. 14 item 5 and Art. 51 para. 5 of the PTTK Statute, the Main Board resolves as follows:
§ 1
1. The fee payable by ordinary members of PTTK in 2026 is set at the following amounts:
1) 90,00 zł for persons paying the standard fee for the period from 1 January 2026
to 31 December 2026,
2) 60,00 zł for persons paying the reduced fee for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026,
3) 40,00 zł for persons paying the reduced youth fee for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026,
4) 15,00 zł for persons paying the reduced youth fee for the period from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026
2. The membership fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 is paid in a single payment at the member's home PTTK branch by 31 March 2026, or on joining the Society.
3. The membership fee in 2026 for supporting members of PTTK is set at no less than 300,00 zł.
§ 2
1. In 2026 PTTK branches transfer to the PTTK Main Board a part of the membership fee set out in § 1 para. 1, in the following amounts respectively:
1) 54,00 zł for each person paying the standard fee,
2) 36,00 zł for each person paying the reduced fee,
3) 24,00 zł for each person paying the reduced youth fee referred to
in § 1 para. 1 item 3,
4) 9,00 zł for each person paying the reduced youth fee referred to
in § 1 para. 1 item 4.
2. In 2026 the PTTK Main Board will allocate to the activities of PTTK regional units a part of the membership fee amounting to 2 000,00 zł
for each regional unit
plus 1,0 zł for each ordinary member of PTTK who paid the PTTK membership fee or was exempted from paying it in 2025, on the basis of:
1) Resolution No. 127/XX/2024 of the PTTK Main Board of 7 September 2024 on the PTTK membership fee for 2025, the PTTK joining fee and the charge for PTTK membership cards in 2025,
2) the reports submitted by the PTTK branches of a given voivodeship on form TK-O
showing the position as at 31 December 2025, after verification by the Office of the PTTK Main Board.
§ 3
1. The following are entitled to pay the reduced membership fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 item 2:
1) parents or legal guardians of minors who pay the fee for at least one minor (family fee),
2) old-age pensioners, disability pensioners and persons with a certified disability,
3) war veterans, war and military invalids, and persons with veteran status,
4) the unemployed,
5) persons receiving pre-retirement benefits.
2. The following are entitled to pay the reduced youth membership fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 items 3 and 4:
1) supervisors of school PTTK circles,
2) minors up to the age of 16,
3) school pupils and students - up to the age of 26.
§ 4
The following are exempt from paying the membership fee:
1) Honorary Members of PTTK,
2) children and young people from care and education institutions until they complete secondary school,
3) children and young people in the care of Ochotnicze Hufce Pracy (Voluntary Labour Corps) until they complete secondary school,
4) children and young people with a statement
of special educational needs
until they complete secondary school,
5) persons with a certified disability who are continuing therapy or staying
in institutions caring for persons
with disabilities.
§ 5
The validity of a PTTK membership card is extended by affixing to the card a stamp showing its period of validity, as follows:
1) a stamp marked with the letter
N and the year 2026 extends the validity of the PTTK membership card on payment of the fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 item 1,
2) a stamp marked with the letter
U and the year 2026 extends the validity of the PTTK membership card on payment of the fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 item 2,
3) a stamp marked with the letters UM and the year 2026 extends the validity of the PTTK membership card on payment of the fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 item 3,
4) a stamp marked with the letters UM and the period 01.09.2026 - 31.12.2026 confirms the validity of the PTTK membership card on payment of the fee by the persons
listed in § 1 para. 1 item 4,
5) a stamp marked with the letter
Z and the year 2026 confirms exemption from the fee and extends the validity of the PTTK membership card for the persons
referred to in § 4,
§ 6
1. The PTTK joining fee
in 2026 is set at the following amounts:
1) 30,00 zł for persons paying the standard fee,
2) 20,00 zł for persons paying the reduced fee,
3) 15,00 zł for persons paying the reduced youth fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 item 3.
4) 10,00 zł for persons paying the reduced youth fee referred to in § 1 para. 1 item 4.
2. The joining fee includes the charge for the membership card and the PTTK organisational badge.
3. The charge for a PTTK membership card in 2026 is set at 9,00 zł, which is the cost to the PTTK Main Board of producing and distributing the card and the PTTK organisational badge.
§ 7
The PTTK branch retains the funds:
1) that make up the difference between the membership fee set out
in § 1 para.
1 and the amounts listed in § 2 para. 1,
2) that come from the joining fee referred to in § 6, after the PTTK branch has paid the card charge to the PTTK Main Board,
3) that come from the membership fee
referred to in § 1 para. 3, in full, where the supporting member pays the fee at a PTTK branch,
4) The Board of a PTTK Branch may, by its own resolution, waive the part of the joining fee that remains with the branch after the charge for the membership card has been paid.
§ 8
1. A PTTK branch may purchase membership stamps for previous years at 9 zł each, but for 2025 at that price only from 1 April 2026.
2. Persons who have not paid the membership fee for previous years and wish to keep their membership record unbroken (Art. 16 para. 4 of the PTTK Statute) pay the outstanding fees when paying the fee for 2026, according to the following rules:
1) if the branch holds the relevant stamps, these persons pay the membership fees at the amount set for the given year by the relevant resolutions of the PTTK Main Board,
2) if the branch does not hold the stamps, the branch orders them from the Office of the PTTK Main Board
while stocks last.
§ 9
1. Persons who have lost their membership card should ask the Board of their home PTTK branch to issue a new card (duplicate) and pay its cost of 9,00 zł,
as well as pay the fee at the amount set out in § 1 para. 1.
2. The Board of a PTTK Branch may, by its own resolution, waive the charges for the persons referred to in para. 1. The Board of the PTTK Branch is not released from the obligation to pay the cost of the card and the part of the fee due to the PTTK Main Board.
§ 10
The membership fee is paid at the PTTK branch of which one is a member.
§ 11
1. The Secretary General
of the PTTK Main Board is obliged to issue an order regulating how the resolution is to be implemented.
2. The resolution comes into force on the day it is adopted.
